Look elsewhere. Like others have said they will not notify you prior to auto-renewal and you will be stuck with them for another year.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? I like the Screen View on the Team Pulse tab and most of the options under Live Reports. The combination of these features provides me with the best insight.
