Apparently not the only one being scammed!
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one being scammed by them and their auto-renewal. I've also tried to cancel and it's been 10 days with no response. I'm opening a chargeback on my card. Their customer service has been MIA since I tried to cancel. Horrifying

What do you like best about ActivTrak? Very helpful and dedicated staff determined to resolve the issue and explain the way software operates. The depth of the data provided is extremely helpful as well as ability to customize different settings for different users within the team.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? It's allowed us to work remotely without worry, and we can now expand the team without the usual geographic restrictions. We love the ability to decide which apps are work-related, and then the tracking is done automatically. Our team can track their time but are also aware that with screenshots every few minutes, they need to make sure they're doing the right thing, not just hovering on apps.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? Easy to use and comprehensive dashboard, you can really drill down to what each employee was doing at a particular time and you can set times for monitoring.
