ActiveCampaign is the best CRM I have ever used

What do you like best? I have tried multiple different CRM's and they were either missing multiple features or they where not very flexible or they were way too expensive, but ActiveCampaign is all things wrapped up one. A simple but very powerful tool- the new normal

What do you like best? The amount I can do with it, hands down. I have yet to find a product on the market that can perform at such an elite level without ridiculous prices. We are a small family company and don't yet require the robustness of some very large marketing/CRM software out there. Oh, and that's another thing we love- built-in CRM. What do you like best? Customer Service is the best I've seen. Ease of use. What do you dislike? Nothing really. It's been extremely easy to use and enjoy! Fantastic CRM and Marketing Automation Platform

What do you like best? Ease fo use, Activecampaign did not take long for our team to pick up and understand. We used to use Infusionsoft, often called Confusionsoft. So ActiveCampaign was a breath of fresh air for us. The customer service is great as well, we have a dedicated rep, she reaches out to us regularly to see if things are ok! There are many features for a small, start price of 9 USD per month, and there seems to be no other limitation for the small price than having a contact list of up to 500subscribers. Automations and integrations are great

What do you like best? I love the extent of automations and integrations available, as well as the Google Chrome add-on. Between WordPress, Gravity Forms, Wavebox, Gmail and Zapier, I always am pleased with the ease of use and availability to connect my programs. What do you dislike?
