The product that fits my needs (and my budget)

What do you like best? Active Campaign is very intuitive and easy to use. You get can started within minutes. I really appreciated the support. What do you dislike? The e-mail editor is less intuitive than the other elements of AC. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Active Campaign for my newsletter and sales funnels. It enables me to send beautiful and efficient e-mail, which is my main sales channel.

Amazing software!!

What do you like best? I love the automations and how clear the pathway is from email to email really lets me map out my email marketing to my clients. What do you dislike? Active Campaign has become a HUGE part of my company growth

What do you like best? We had the BEST time with Patrick, over the 4 sessions, where we learnt how to use the platform, about automation and so much more. He has given us such a deep understanding of AC and how to use it within a business setting that we have implemented it for a client and they are already generating great sales. A great place to start and to grow

What do you like best? ActiveCampaign was the best value I found when looking for email marketing software. I like that it has my CRM integrated into the program and I've found it easy to slip into my other business apps and programs. What do you dislike? Easy plug & play integration with eCommerce

What do you like best? Super easy upstart and connection with our eCommerce platform. We have immediate access to our eCommerce data and can segment and score real buyers using real order value data. Building campaigns has been equally easy, we use some of the built-in as well as custom templates. Our core users are all marketing users, none of them are coders or developers What do you dislike? Superior customer service!

What do you like best? ActiveCampaign has the most helpful and also proactive and personal customer service - really outstanding. What do you dislike? Didn’t experience anything wrong so far. Great software but a bit pricey

What do you like best? The graphs and how good it is compared to competitors, also the support works pretty well. What do you dislike? Cost. It could and should be less expensive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client engagement. More conversions.

Amazing Customer Service

What do you like best? The main reason we are using Active Campaign is for their automations to be able to get more clients and grow the business at a faster rate. Before using Active Campaign we did all of our processes by hand. After going through the trainings and calls with Active Campaign, I think this will be super efficient and effective for our company.
