Powerful CRM and automation platform for both marketing and sales

We use ActiveCampaign as our sales CRM but also in our marketing. Automation makes it easy for us to pass contact data from forms, events, and lead magnets into our system. Highly recommend Active Campaign

I have been a user of Active Campaign for nearly 7 years and can honestly say that I love the product. Fantastic support, easy to navigate and new product features are frequently released. Highly recommended.

A solid, dependable platform.

Having used the basic version of ActiveCampaign now for a few years, we decided to upgrade to the CRM version and have not been disappointed.it's still the same solid, dependable platform, but now with added features.

Great for price. Lots of integrations

For the price, this platform works great. Integration with salesforce is a big plus. If you're looking at this platform because of specific integrations, be sure to read through that integration's details. So are a stretch to be considered an integration while others work great.

quick to set up and easy to understand

I needed to find a way to easily send clients and prospects emails. Previously I was using another platform but I had to hire consultants for any little change just because I didn't understand how to make simple changes. I love ActiveCampaign, the process to onboard was straightforward and simple!

Active Campaign has helped us make forward strides

Overall Active Campaign has taken us far beyond what we were capable of before implementing. Some of the UI can be glitchy in the designer of mail campaigns, and the UI is pretty slow. Otherwise it's pretty intuitive and works well for our current needs.

E-Mail automation tool

I use it for automations. It works reliably. Deliverability seems fine. If I had one feature request it would be to add transactional mails.

I’m so happy with Active Campaign, first started with its flexible pricing options which grows with you. Super easy to use comparing to other platforms. And automation is available, easy to use, and I’ve no problems with it breaking. Not once. I highly recommend.
