What do you like best? The automation tools you have at your disposal are VAST! Not only can you run standard email and SMS campaigns, you can create referral programs, webinar workflows and more. Really powerful! What do you dislike? Really my only complaint would be to have something built into the platform where you can track SMS openings. ActiveCampaign is the best!

What do you like best? I love the ease of use and the automation features the most. I'm also very excited about the new landing page feature. What do you dislike? Having access to automation templates within the automations section would be nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead generation, email automation, CRM & Deal management. Each of these have led to new opportunities with new clients.

Great and Easy to use Product!

What do you like best? easy to use platform that is simple an powerful. What do you dislike? Only thing is there is so much you can do that I haven't been able to maximize all the features yet! Active Campaign has been an important tool in our business

What do you like best? The ability to visualize our drip campaigns and the fact that we can move a contract from list to list without being forced to use tags. What do you dislike?
