What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly and didn’t take long for me to catch on and start utilizing. Forms work great for collecting data and the campaigns are easy to create. What do you like best? Where to start? ActiveCampaign has a clear and concise lay out that has all the features neatly displayed on the left side. What do you like best? ActiveCampaign is very easy to use, intuitive and they have an excellent on-boarding process which includes personal 1-on-1 online meetings with great trainers that take you through the basics. I brought up some complicated use case scenarios that the trainer didn't know the answer to but they quickly went away and found the answers and called to make sure the answers addressed the use case.
