What do you like best? The account was easy to migrate from ConvertKit. When I decided, the price was a factor, but also the time the sales rep put into addressing my issues. The demo was quite clear, definitely, a well-spent one hour. The system is different from CK, and there was a learning curve. What do you like best? There is a ton of help so anyone can use the platform. There is an endless supply of tutorial videos and the customer service is amazing. They will also do 1 on 1 training with you via Zoom and are very knowledgeable and helpful. The follow up and dedication to their customers satisfaction is worth its weight in gold . You can do pretty much anything you want once a contact is loaded into the system meaning we can follow up and sell in a hyper targeted manner. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use this platform and that I am able to talk to support view zoom to help me set up everything the right way. What do you dislike? Been usingActive Campaign for over 10 years

What do you like best? I love how easy the campaign templates are to modify and use. Doing resends to those who did not open ( which often gets more opens) is an awesome feature too. I use tons of automations so really like the ease of them as well. I refer all my clients to Active Campaign as we manage most of their accounts so prefer it over any other mail program.
