Almost there!
What do you like best? Great account management team. Excellent email marketing automation. Excellent email creation/design. Excellent sales pipeline user-interface/design. Good price. What do you dislike? Sales reporting is limited to the point of being unusable (they do currently have a beta reporting feature available in their enterprise offering so it will get better at some point). Very buggy system overall. Can't add contacts/leads without an email address. Difficult to keep ...

Cost Effective, but a Little Scattered
What do you like best? Cost to benefit ratio is off the charts! There is not a better deal out there for managing customers and distributing emails with rich automations, segmentation, and pipelines. Very clean and intuitive UI is a huge plus! Additionally, customer service is off the charts! From onboarding to just going over a workflow, Active Campaign has the best after-purchase care in my experience, hands down! What do you dislike? Put simply, there's some quirks and ...

Solid and improving (with minor quibbles)
What do you like best? I hated trying to figure out MailChimp; ActiveCampaign is just all around more intuitive. I use it for monthly newsletters, and aside from very minor design quibbles, I've been able to do everything I need to in AC without having to hire outside help to set up automations, etc. I like the power and flexibility of the tool -- even if I don't use it for much on the advanced end of things. What do you dislike? Template design can feel super clunky. I wish ...

Mostly Pleased
What do you like best? I like that ActiveCampaign has one of the highest open rates of any of the email marketing software solutions. I also appreciate that there seems to be very little, if any, down time. What do you dislike? Tech support is very slow. I submitted a ticket one week ago and still have not heard back. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to sign up with the domain you will ultimately be using. Changing your domain is difficult. ...

Great resource
What do you like best? I like how simple it is for organizing my clients and that they have good customer support if you ever need help! What do you dislike? There's so much on there (not a bad thing) I'm just personally not sure what half of it is used for! So I'm not sure if I'm using it to it's full potential. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reduces workload through the automations. It takes a bit to set them up, but once ...

Active Campaign is a great campaign managing platform available on the market.
What do you like best? The UI is intuitive and customer support is fast to respond and extremely helpful and attentive. What do you dislike? I understand this is something that is on Facebook's end, but I dislike that Active Campaign doesn't have an easy way to automatically share campaigns to Facebook business pages. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need a straightforward marketing automation campaign platform that has excellent customer service, ...

Good value with some room to improve
What do you like best? I initially considered ActiveCampaign because of the savings over MailChimp and ConstantContact for us, and the price remains very appealing. I have also gotten several automations set up that help streamline my workflow. ActiveCampaign integrates with Zapier as well, which is another bonus. The CRM portion of ActiveCampaign seems to work well enough, too, though we don't make extensive use of that apart from keeping our email distribution list up for campaigns. ...
