Good way to create sales process, but a little tricky if it’s your first time

What do you like best? The data is great and automation of sales process saves time. What do you dislike? Navigating the software initially was a little daunting... Recommendations to others considering the product: Do your research. We did. And this was the best option we found to suit our needs at the time. We have since changed to Kajabi. Great start for small business owners.

What do you like best? The layout is easy to get used to, and there aren't a lot of complicated structures to learn. The automation piece is really what I was looking for, and ActiveCampaign definitely delivered when it came to that aspect. Simple and Easy to Use with Lots of Options and Intergrations

What do you like best? It's very easy to set up emails, automations, and segment lists and tasks. It's affordable for small business. What do you dislike? The automation options can be confusing sometimes. Sometimes emails get stuck or not added to lists. Pricing scales with list size so for small business it's great, but might become too expensive as list grows. Best one ive used

I have tried quite a few email automation tools but Active campaign has definitely been one I have enjoyed using the most with its simple intuitive design and it is quite powerful as well in terms of user segmentation.

Versatile software for your marketing/sales campaigns

What do you like best? We love the versatility of this software and use it for marketing and sales campaigns. Really like the tagging and custom fields that you can create to segment your lists. What do you like best? Understandable and intuitive. Even if you have no experience you can set it up and start the automations without problem. We needed a CRM/Marketing Platform and found AC

What do you like best? The platform was easy to navigate and set up. Automations were intuitive to build and integrate. We needed something with the ability to store client data and track visits across pages, which AC could do. Being a non-profit, we weren't about the $ value of deals but were able to adapt the software to track our needs and goals.
