Perfect Functionality & Technical Ability

What do you like best? I've used other systems before and they didn't have quite the functionality I needed. I knew I needed to upgrade, but thought I would have to go to another system that was way too complicated and cumbersome for me. ActiveCampaign was perfect. It has a ton of functionality (I'm learning more every week what it can do that I can use) yet isn't overly complicated. And the support staff is quick and knowledgable and very easy to work with. Good tool for recruiting

What do you like best? Easy to create contacts lists and multiple campaigns. What do you dislike? Can take a bit of use to understand all the features. Customer service is excellent, though. A lot of support is provided so you can maximize the features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've not encountered any problems. Benefits: able to quickly create campaigns, send out to many at once, track clicks/views, etc.

Good Support But CRM Is Lacking

What do you like best? Building automations is an absolute breeze! The visual workflow and almost unbelievable amount of triggers and options is fantastic. The speed and ease of creating email campaigns is also fantastic when compared to other email marketing systems. What do you dislike?
