Pretty cool software. Using it in Germany. Very happy so far
What do you like best? The markting automation features. In particualr, the way you create automations. Also the filter functions are great. Of course personalization options too. What do you dislike? Sometimes support takes too long to anser. Sometimes the translations are not exactly good. I would use the english language as admin - but then I have all the front-end messages in english too - which is not a good idea in Germany. But I allways find good support and work arrounds. ...

Best CRM out of all by far
What do you like best? ActiveCampaign easy to use and have an excellent customer support. When you open a ticket, they are extremely responsive and follow up quickly. The automation is a great graphical interface Flow Chart that is powerful and easy to use. I have used it for multiple purpose and automations with Clickfunnels and it works perfect.
