As a one-woman-band, ActiveCampaign has made my life so much easier

What do you like best? I really like how easy it is to set up a campaign! I also love the email templates, it has saved me so much time. What do you dislike? I don't like how when looking at my campaigns' automation stats, I cannot easily see the email open rates for the campaign in the top of the list when there are more than 2 emails. What do you like best? I like that you can create email campaigns. What do you dislike? It does not have an adequate SMS system, I had to purchase an outside vendor for this, which is disappointing. Recommendations to others considering the product: It meets our needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is allowing us to create email campaigns and monthly newsletters.

Huge asset to my business!

What do you like best? My staff and I find Active Campaign very easy to use. Campaigns are simple to set up and easy to make changes as needed. Excellent customer support. What do you dislike? I don't love when they make updates or changes and I have to relearn certain features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Active Campaign helps me to keep regular contact with clients as well as perspective clients in an easy and effective way.

Great software that's getting better!

What do you like best? The visual layout of automations and how easy it is to set up a sequence and to allow people to flow through. Its getting more like Keap/Infusionsoft which I think is a really good thing! What do you dislike? Using date-based automations are confusing. "Setting the current date =-30" means 30 days from now.... this happens (apparently...) it doesn't make sense. Great mix of email autoresponder, CRM and now WEB PAGES!

What do you like best? We've always like how robust AC was with email. Being able to have a one stop CRM with deals and pipelines, taking notes was a bonus. But we had so many other software subscriptions to make up for AC lacked...mostly...building web pages for our marketing, and our clients marketing....but... ActiveCampaign is a robust and efficient application.

What do you like best? Although I've only used Active Campaign for a few months, the application is well thought out and intuitive. The dashboard and reporting features are extremely helpful to determine if a recent campaign was effective. The recent webinar ActiveCampaign held was eye opening and I look forward to implementing a few topics with my client, specifically creating a employee vacation calendar and connecting in Survey Monkey. Perfect for any kind of communication with your customers

What do you like best? The possibilities of automation offered by What do you dislike? There are still things that can be improved (like some other features in the email editor) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to automate all of our customer communications to provide a much more personalized service.

Great Customer Service & Awesome Onboarding Process

What do you like best? Onboarding was smooth and painless. I loved our regular meetings to go over the problems I faced while playing around within the platform. Our onboarding specialist, Rachael Sanchez, was incredible. Even when I didn't have any questions during our meetings, she would come up with tutorials on the spot for features that I never knew I needed. Very awesome experience and very informational!
