Easy to use software, helps us keep track of various things!

What do you like best? Very easy to use and we are finding the software can grow with us as our company grows. We can keep track of our contacts, sales pipeline, deal progression and send nice emails. We have found that active campaign is replacing various pieces of software we used prior, so only one login needed and everything is synchronised to one system. What do you like best? Pricing is by number of contacts. We send out daily emails and Active Campaign's pricing structure and discount for non profits is helpful. What do you like best? AC has a seamless integration to many tools that we use and one the best parts is that we can create workflows that suit any campaign that we want to set up. Great platform except the process to change membership tiers is a complete joke. Took 14 days to sort out over email. A simple click of a button should be necessary.
