I already used other tools, and a didn't find any other tool that really made all the steps with emails, automation and contacts like Active Campaign. Easy to navigate

The customer support is very responsive and the tool is easy to navigate. I also like that they are pretty intuitive to the customers' needs with one exception. The one improvement that is needed is to the email design template. I am not a web designer or graphic artist and I still do not have the ability to make the changes I desire.

Great Program

What do you like best? I like that I can set up multiple campaigns and have all emails automatically set up to send out on any day that I want. What do you dislike? There was a bit of a learning curve..... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time savings because of the automation of emails.

We were previously using WIX email manager so we had to manually send many of our emails - now we have several automations set up so that we are able to continue engaging with our contacts without doing anything ourselves.
