I switched to ActiveCampaign

I switched to ActiveCampaign form Mailchimp, mainly because I felt I had outgrown the platform. The things you can do within the platform seem endless and the support has been top-notch. That's a huge part of why I'm such a fan. As long as they continue to do a good job of supporting users while they use the platform, I'll be a raving fan.

What do you like best? The user friendly interface and ease of use to do everything needed. What do you like best? It has a great entry price and it's pretty full featured to get what you need. What do you dislike? The navigation bar on the left is not intuitive. What do you like best? The automation options in Active Campaign are the best there are for the price. I help small businesses to work out which tools are best for their needs and have used most of the email marketing tools so can honestly say that AC shines for the functionality of it's automations.
