Solid Autoresponder for Start-ups

What do you like best? I've tried many autoresponders (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Market Hero) and find that Active Campaign is a superior product. I run a small business and wanted to build simple automations like indoctrination sequences and tagging. I found this difficult to do with Mailchimp (need to know coding) and Market Hero (still haven't figured it out lol). What do you like best? The drag & drop feature is awesome, building campaigns and funnels is very easy and visual. I use to work with InfusionSoft with my clients and Active Campaign was a total game changer. What do you dislike? In Europe runs a bit slow.
