So easy to get started!

What do you like best? The online training and podcasts are great. What do you dislike? Very limited CRM capability and ability to integrate with other platforms. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you already have a better CRM. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email deliverability.

Not bad, but could be better.

The good news: ActiveCampaign is open to hemp CBD companies. That is not necessarily the case with other email/CRM platforms. Their portfolio is robust and they offer regular training (not all of it free which is a problem) to get subscribers up and running.The bad news is price and follow-up. What do you like best? It's easy to use and affordable. The templates are simple. What do you dislike? There are integration issues with SalesForce that I'm currently working through. There aren't enough templates and they're outdated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation and integration issues with our current CRM is our main focus.

Great For One-Wo(Man) Marketing Teams

What do you like best? Ease of use and helpful customer service. When working as a solo-marketer, you can encounter a lot of technical issues along the way. AC customer service goes above and beyond to help you resolve your issues. I love the love chat feature where I can send screenshots of what I am working on.
