Amazing price-performance ratio

What do you like best? It is very simple, the support is great, has lots of APIs and all functionalities for marketing automations. What do you dislike? Easy to use even for me!

What do you like best? I am not a tech person at all but Active Campaign is so easy to use and I am actually enjoying setting up and send emails to my list! This is helping me to grow an audience and make more sales which is obviously really valuable in any business What do you dislike? Great CRM + Email automation

What do you like best? Email automation and many integrations supported What do you dislike? Emails sent from AC often go to users' spam folders. The contact form submissions from our website go to my spam folder as well. This is the largest downside. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We want to keep in touch with our users, and AC helps us do that.

Still growing and learning at 72!!

I'm 72 yrs of age and did not grow up with computers. It takes me awhile to understand most programs, and I find Active Campaign to be easier to use than most. I do have a person who is also taking time to walk me through the process of putting together a campaign and creating a schedule, however, I do think this is a worthwhile and beneficial software. What do you like best? I love that AC is a full-on automation platform, not just a mass-emailer or a CRM--though it does all that as well. As we're looking to scale, AC is helping us put systems and process in place that will automate basic functions we can focus on our clients. What do you dislike? Pretty good, Kinda expensive

What do you like best? Drag and drop functions. Manageable email lists. What do you dislike? Seems overpriced, Most other email builders have unlimited contacts vs only 1,000 for the cheapest plan here. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So easy to use

What do you like best? I love how simple and easy ActiveCampaign is! I am not very tech savvy, but this platform is truly amazing and the ease is just amazing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Acitve Campaing ist your Swiss Army Knife when it comes to Marketing Automation. It offers everything, I as a Coach need to stay connected with my community. What do you dislike? Some features are hard to find and I wish the UX would be more intuitive. Also it is challenging to integrate with Bloom, as the Form-ID's are tricky to find within AC. Perfect email marketing automation Tool

What do you like best? I love that I can create and combine automations easily in Active Campaign. I keep track of all my leads information and I can connect it with my forms tool. It's great that it has a CRM included then you can organize your contacts very well, add notes and labels so that they can be segmented correctly. What do you dislike?
