It's one less headache for me!

What do you like best? When it comes to running an agency you need two skills, sales and systems. Sales is an ongoing struggle but if you do it right the system shouldn't be. What do you like best? Automations. Have a bunch of options that allow you to do almost anything. Conditional blocks for the eDMs are awesome! What do you dislike? Also in automations there are a few things that could be improved. I absolutely love Active Campaign! The platform makes it super easy to create email campaigns and automations, not mention segment your clients and potential clients! My favorite part of Active Campaign is that you can integrate with other apps and websites!

What do you like best? I like the video tutorials customized and created by the ActiveCampaign tech support reps to address my specific questions or challenges. What do you dislike? I must often wait for extended periods to access an ActiveCampaign tech support rep. At times, the periods are so long that it unexpectedly switches from CHAT to requesting I leave/send a message via email. Then wait times for a reply can be more than 24-48 hours. Why we made the change to Active Campaign

We moved over to Active Campaign from Mailchimp. We did it because we needed simple automation set ups. After a lot of research on other products, we landed with Active Campaign. One year later, we have consistently found helpful customer service whenever we had questions about better use cases.

I little too powerful for me... at the moment

What do you like best? The best thing about ActiveCampaign is that it is possible to create some very very powerful automations. Once they're set up it's a Godsend to have those running in the background, taking care of things like automated emailing of standard communications. Hugely powerful software that I find much easier to use than many of the alternatives.

What do you like best? The functionality is excellent, with advanced automation working well out of the box, even on the lower packages.
