We switched to ActiveCampaign from another company after having been referred by many peers who use them, and have been nothing but pleased! The price, ease of use, and many other factors have caused us to become loyal clients for several years. I can confidently recommend them to any business needing a solid newsletter management platform!

Excellent support and service
I am not a tech person by any stretch of the imagination, but ActiveCampaign makes what I need to do easy! Admittedly there have been a few times I didn't have a clue how to do what I wanted to do, so I logged a support ticket. Each time I was met with a quick reply by a member of the team who took the time to walk me through the exact steps I needed to make. It, and they, are really a lifesaver and I'm so happy that this exists! It makes my business run so much smoother!

I've been using ActiveCampaign for 3…
I've been using ActiveCampaign for 3 years now and it has been the one tool I've kept in my business the longest. I absolutely love the platform and how it integrates with my other tools. The simplicity of setting up automation is much better than some other competitors. And I'm so glad they added landing pages and other features. Any time I can use a software product that allows me to do multiple things in one dashboard, I'm sold.

Solid overall, wished it had stronger CRM and integration features
We really like ActiveCampaign. We like the automation functionality, which saves us heaps of time and helps us personalize our follow-ups. We have a custom e-comm platform that uses Stripe Connect. We've found that the level of integration and automation we can do with Stripe Connect and ActiveCampaign out of the box to be a little disappointing and we were hoping that AC could double as a CRM but we determined it wouldn't suffice as a full-blown CRM and went with another option (Close). ...

Excellent Marketing Automation Tool
Overall, Activecampaign is very user friendly, intuitive, and a great tool. If I were recommending a product to cover the needs of small and mid sized businesses, I would recommend it.

The best newsletter platform currently out there!
In my opinion, Active Campaign is the best email sending platform and automation platform out there. As a small business we have brought in so many clever automations to increase engagement and also sales to our e-commerce website. Easy to use and the support is amazing.
