I wish I migrated sooner.
My company helps businesses with their online marketing and having migrated 1 business to ActiveCampaign, I can't wait to get every one of my clients over. The tools are great, the automations are great, the delivery rate is great, and when you do need technical support, they are great too.

Customer service is awesome! Sometimes hard to find a feature.
Easy to design emails and keep up with all your contacts. It is hard to find some features at times (reason for 4 stars), but customer service is always quick to respond and help with a tutorial. ActiveCampaign's customer service is definitely a 5 star though!

great CRM with AMAZING automation controls
we were looking for a CRM system with built in automation, as we needed the ability to create custom automation workflows for different types of clients. I reviewed many systems with built in automation, and even through about linking them with zapier. then...I came across ActiveCampaign, a CRM with built in automation. Activecampaign rocks
I used Activecampaign for a virtual summit, great functionality for email automation using their automation tools. Great customer service too. I stopped the service because I am not running summits right now but will definitely come back to them

I Tell Everyone About Active Campaign
I've been an Active Campaign user for some years now. Two things initially attracted me: flexible pricing and automations. The automations are easy to build and can be tailored to your exact requirements. The pricing remains competitive and great value for money. Additionally there are many integrations you can use but I confess to not using many of them. Pretty much perfect
Great service! Highly recommended. I'm giving them 4 stars because when you create Automations and Campaigns, for some reason it doesn't automatically track all recipient data and you have to make sure to manually do this (i.e. replies, click-throughs). A little confusing to navigate sometimes, but otherwise perfect. Saved me lots of time in my business which is priceless.

It's a big yessss from me!
I couldn't recommend ActiveCampaign enough. I'm fairly new to automation when working with my business and a complete novice on the technical front. Since being introduced to ActiveCampaign I've never looked back. It's so user friendly and the help function for me has been invaluable. I've recommended this to so many people, I really can't speak highly enough.
