Active Campaign is Powerful and Simple to Use

What do you like best? I love the ease of use for managing lists and automations. It is a great system! What do you dislike? I wish the email editor was just a little more robust and had more features to customize the design. It is still a great and simple editor though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation, Active campaign is great for automation and making good systems run in your business.

Great results for a fair price

What do you like best? The fair price that escalated as my demands rises. I tried another tool that overpriced me in my beginning stage. With ActiveCampaign I was able to start my business investing the right amount for my stage. What do you dislike? The UX is not intuitive as it should be. What do you like best? The e-mail design tool help me create a really good looking email with just a few clicks. And the automation maps opens a infinite of possibilities to create strategies. What do you dislike? Sometimes when i schedule a campaign to the next day, it doesn’t work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been using AC for about one year now, I made the switch from Mailchimp. And I find it to be very user friendly and effective. The Email automations, sequences are easy to set up and adjust. I recommend using Activecampaign as CRM (including email system and automation) for B2C oriented businesses.

Great CRM for this newbie

This is the first CRM I've used, and I'm happy with it. I find it very easy to use, and integrate with other services that I am using. I have not tried their new landing page feature yet, as I've paid for a year of the other landing page service that I'm using, but I am hopeful to make the switch once that contract is up.

Active Campaign Great For Small Businesses

Active Campaign has worked great for our small business. We needed a process to help streamline our leads and a process to help nurture our leads. AC helped fulfill both problems while making it very easy to use! We have been able to get our small team to adopt AC very easily and in a very timely manner.

Poor response service!

I had a really good introduction and got in contact with an employee who helped me with the set-up and she was really kind. The problem I had with their service, was the response time from the chat function/email. Actually I never received anything back only one time with the message: I you haven't got the issue fixed you can reply on the mail (that was days after I apply the issue). Love all of the features, especially automations

I have been using Active Campaign for about six months now, and have been very happy with its functionality. I rely heavily on automations for my onboarding sequences for new subscribers, and love how easy they are to set up, monitor, and adjust.The process of creating newsletters is very quick and intuitive, and the reporting features allow me to see the information I need in a way that's easy to read and understand.
