I bought this service a few years back. I was quite satisfied until some issues started to happen.1. It loses the tags2. Customer support doesn't exist and they don't replyI have experienced this problem for #3 months and no one communicates with me. They send me an email. I love active campaign. It's simple and intuitive and the customer support is also fab.

AC has all of the features I've needed…

AC has all of the features I've needed to get my online business up and started, and maintain a relationship with my leads and customers. The pricing is fair, but $49 per month for a second tier option seems to be a bit high when compared to other email providers.

I have been using ActiveCampaign for few months and I've loved all the features and functionalities whether it's creating campaigns, your own templates, tracking user actions, and all the automations. With all the bells and whistles, it does take a while to get the hang of all the tools, nuances, rules, etc. I sent a few emails by accident because I set up an automation wrong. Great value for money.

I found customer service to be accessible and responsive when I needed help. Robust yet user-friendly

I have tried different CRM and email marketing providers and Active Campaign is my favorite. Active Campaign is robust without being overwhelming. I just tried their new landing page feature and I love it, so convenient and user-friendly.
