The whole interface is really intuitive and the integration with a lot of apps allows you to create an email campaign or start a new automation without much problem even if you are not tech savvy. It's more intuitive and more robust. It's laid out clearly. And if you need to know how to do something the customer service will make a video for you on how to complete the task. What do you like best? ActiveCampaign's automation engine is really powerful. Provides a high degree of customization and rules that can tackle almost anything. I had a very complex use case where I was trying to provide custom email plans based on a lot of different variables and ActiveCampaign was able to accomplish that. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use, great automation tools, supports emojis on email headline and body and easy to assign/search tag system. What do you dislike?
