Great from the beginning and keeps getting better!

What do you like best? I initially moved to ActiveCampaign because of the robust automation flow and the number of integrated services. They have recently added Conversations which allowed me to have all of my customer communications in one place. This is a huge win! What do you dislike? My one complaint is the slowness of support. Besides, the automation process is very flexible and time schedules can be adapted to each receiver; which is great when you have multi-national audiences. What do you dislike? What do you like best? AC provides the best combination of possibilities (features), user experience (ease of use), and pricing (it's affordable!). What do you dislike? A steep learning curve but great…

A steep learning curve but great support from the user community and other marketers on YouTube has enabled me to deliver a drip campaign, automated responses to new subscribers and regular campaigns to promote my events.Highly recommended but expect to have to take the time to learn how it works.

Active Campaign is a great tool

We have been using Active Campaign for a few years and it has saved us loads of time by automating our emails and also has clever functionality that allows forms to be pre-filled with customers details such as email addresses and names.

Easy to use even for a beginner

What do you like best? I'm not a pro at setting up automations. A system like InfusionSoft/Keap is way too high-powered and complicated for what I need. ActiveCampaign has everything I need in terms of features (and more) without being overly complicated. And it appears they are constantly adding features to their platform based on customer feedback. What do you like best? Customer service is outstanding - someone is always available to help, and they are very kind. The platform is easy to use for me and my team. What do you dislike? Amazing software with highly responsive customer service

What do you like best? The software is fairly intuitive (unlike other email software platforms I've used) and their customer service is always receptive. What do you dislike? You pay more for a bigger email list - seems counterintuitive. Would make more sense if you're rewarded with a bigger list rather than have the penalty of paying more.
