What do you like best? I have been using ActiveCampaign for few months and I've loved all the features and functionalities whether it's creating campaigns, your own templates, tracking user actions, and all the automations. Great value for money. What do you dislike? Super simple and effective to use

What do you like best? I love user-profiles and deal views. They give you quality up to date info that helps you see where leads are at and how best to approach them. When a new lead comes in I can see all the info I need to help me close the sale and build a connection with that lead. Also, I really like the custom fields that you can add. Robust email management

What do you like best? I love the ability to set up automatic campaigns - with LOTS of customization. What do you dislike? The learning curve to get set up can be a bit steep, but thankfully there are lots of how-to videos available from Active Campaign. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My email campaigns now run seamlessly in the background freeing up more of my time.

Very Solid Email and CRM

What do you like best? Active Campaign is great for more sophisticated marketing, but still relatively easy and intuitive for beginners. What do you dislike? The only issue is the pricing - but, hey, you get what you pay for! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This helps us communicate with our many different email lists more easily.

Upped our game with automated campaigns

What do you like best? Active campaign is a powerful program with many features, I love that it integrates to other platforms we use (webinars, website, etc). The hands-on training is excellent. What do you like best? I love the maps that show the automation progression. I'm a visual person so it helps to see it all laid out in front of me. What do you dislike? It's still not very intuitive. I have to try and think like the person/people who designed and organized it to navigate and use the site.
