What do you like best? How easy is to create de automation, no need and support for the IT team. What do you dislike? We start to use as well for our newsletter, but the delivery was not so good. What do you like best? I have found forms, automations, lists, tagging, and campaigns to be very powerful tools for segmentation, lead nurturing, and automated marketing functions. What do you like best? Easy to use. Clear interface. Been using it for years. What do you dislike? It's more expensive than it should be. Just too expensive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problem that ActiveCampaign solves is giving every contact an easy way to opt out of our emails to them.

What do you like best? What I like best about Active Campaign is it has multiple ways to trigger automations. This gives a lot of flexibility to create simple or advanced automation flows based on the situation. I can start an automation from a purchase, visit to a webpage, adding a tag, filling out a form. What do you like best? The automations are easy to establish. The drag and drop makes it clear as to what the user is trying to accomplish. What do you dislike? It seems like getting notifications could be a little easier to set up and make sure important things are received.
