Worth Every Penny

Active Campaign has been a great email platform. I came from ConvertKit and have really appreciated the visual in Active Campaign and you really can't beat the price.

Switched from MailChimp and Couldn't Be Happier

I really like how easy it is to setup a campaign using ActiveCampaign. I've used several other similar companies (like MailChimp) and I found AC to be the easiest to hit the ground running and also had in-depth features as well.

Great training but not the easiet of programs

The training is first class but this is quite an involved program. The only thing to date that I do not like is the fact that I cannot attach a file to an email. I wanted to send out a report to users that signed up for a newsletter with the thank you note, but you can't. Have not really even started to use it to its potential yet and honestly not sure if I will as it does take a lot of time.

My experience with AC it has been very good, easy to understand and use, dow i still don't take advantage of it all.

If I can't use it, why have it?

I'm a visual personal, so seeing the workflow for the automations helps me tremendously. The ease of creating an email template and being able to update it is the main reason I love ActiveCampaign.I am not a graphic designer or email marketing- I am a solopreneur who wears many hats. Thank you for creating a robust platform that is remarkable simple to use.

Good platform, we've been using ActiveCampaign for ourselves and our clients for a little while now. They have a kanban-based layout for the sales CRM which is nice because we use Trello for project management as well, so lots of similarities there. They also have decent customer service, although not all of their reps know everything there is to know - just ask around and you'll be connected with someone who can answer your question. I recently moved from Mailchimp to Active Campaign and I much prefer the set up on here. I have been automating my e-mails easily and efficiently. I find the templates and drag and drop really easy to use when creating the e-mails I want. The forms are also perfect for the website and editable in colors so that they fit in no matter what page I put them on. Would recommend using this for your newsletter and e-mail needs.
