ActiveCampaign has exceeded all of my automation and email campaign needs while having exceptional customer service and support!

New to Active Campaign but happy for the move!

We are relatively new to Active Campaign and already see the benefits. It is helping with organization and has great reporting that helps drill down to see what is working. There are many other tools and features that we have not yet used but I know that as we get into them we can get questions answered quickly by they support people.

I'm a huge fan of Active Campaign

I'm a huge fan of Active Campaign. I like how it connects to my different platforms and allows me to see what's working with my audience. My VA teams has built some great funnels with it as well.

Best value CRM for our B2C operation

We've been using ActiveCampaign for 18 months and I'm super impressed with the value for money. We get much more out of ActiveCampaign for the same money we previously just about got an email marketing tool for. Landing pages, Personalisation of our website, easy-to-use automations... It's all there. Plus super account management from the ActiveCampaign team.

Simple & Powerful

ActiveCampaign is definitely the most bang for your buck. I’ve used many email programs and this one is the easiest to use, packed with features, and they don’t nickel & dime you. I manage numerous clients’ email marketing with multiple campaigns running for each, and it’s simple to run everything out of AC. Would definitely recommend no matter your project, big or small.

It was great in the beginning but email campaigns are a real pain to handle. We've been having issues for months with bugs in the email template. It starts with small things when you try to undo a written word and it takes you back to square one and you have to write everything back. Or, the high number of times when it freezes and I can't even select a paragraph and delete it because the system doesn't see it...and many more. I don't understand all the glowing reviews

I don't understand all the glowing reviews. I think ActiveCampaign is adequate at best. The interface is painstakingly slow - switching between pages takes seconds. The email/newsletter editor is clunky and frustratingly unpredictable - with images randomly disappearing and fonts re-sizing at will. Not impressed and will be moving to an alternative at the end of my annual subscription.
