We just made the switch from MailChimp and we're very happy we did. Activecampaign is intuitive and powerful. We are still learning all of the features, and our account manager is very responsive and thoughtful. This tool is going to support us to quickly scale our business. Definitely recommend.

Good, Cost-effective solution

We have used several email marketing platforms over the years and AC was by far the best solution at the best price. We used AC to revamp our email automation and saw BIG results within 2 months. We have been using it for 4 years and have not had any major issues. Highly recommended as an easy-to-use and powerful tool. The integration options allow us to do things seamlessly.

Highly Recommend when wanting to scale your business!

I love ActiveCampaign because when I was just starting out with growing my email list, I had 0 subscribers. I have 700+ subscribers now, and ActiveCampaign has made it so easy to segment them, see who's interacting with my emails, do follow ups and they even integrate with my favorite course platform. What I also love about ActiveCampaign is that I know that as my business grows, I will not "outgrow" the platform... I can scale my account as my business scales!

ActiveCampaign is an excellent email marketing platform for small businesses. I love the automation and segmentation capacities and strongly recommend it to any small business owner.

The learning curve is steep, but I'm hopeful.

There are a LOT of moving parts to Active Campaign but I'm hopeful that means it will be a deeply helpful marketing tool in my business. I have seen some buggy moments in 'campaigns' and I'm genuinely surprised how sloggy it can be to navigate around inside the software. But I've already invested a lot of hours building automation and drafting campaigns, so I'm going to give it all more time. DEFINITELY glad for the 1/2price discount for the first 2 months to give me a little time to see if ...

Its a great tool for any business

Its a great tool for any business, let you manage very easily your data base, the automations are great, there are only 2 thinks that for me need improvement, 1. The interface its very very slow and 2.- the customer support its also very slow

Great for making e-mail drip campaigns

Great for making e-mail drip campaigns, and easy to use. The dashboard is a little clunky and could have easier navigation. If you're doing any sort of Exit Intent strategy or pop-up ads on your site, Active Campaign is a great compliment to continue to nurture your leads.

Does almost everything I need and easy to use. Customer support calls can be organised when you need them which helps.
