Active campaign has been easy to use and set up. The tag facility has been paramount to really understanding my customer behaviour. Using the amazing functionality that active campaign seems to outrank on other platforms I have been able to increase sales on my abandoned cart sequence by 30%. Best CRM choice by far

Activecampaign has been the CRM that I have returned to after I tried looking for a more cost efficient solution. What happened what that the cheaper solution caused be to spend much more time tinkering witht the other software to keep it working and every time I needed to make a change I had to do it myself because the learning curve was so big. ActiveCampaign is worth the spend, because it does everything a CRM needs to do and more and is robust and has excellent support.

My experience with AC it has been very good, easy to understand and use, dow i still don't take advantage of it all.

If I can't use it, why have it?

I'm a visual personal, so seeing the workflow for the automations helps me tremendously. The ease of creating an email template and being able to update it is the main reason I love ActiveCampaign.I am not a graphic designer or email marketing- I am a solopreneur who wears many hats. Good platform, we've been using ActiveCampaign for ourselves and our clients for a little while now. They have a kanban-based layout for the sales CRM which is nice because we use Trello for project management as well, so lots of similarities there. They also have decent customer service, although not all of their reps know everything there is to know - just ask around and you'll be connected with someone who can answer your question. I recently moved from Mailchimp to Active Campaign and I much prefer the set up on here. I have been automating my e-mails easily and efficiently. I find the templates and drag and drop really easy to use when creating the e-mails I want. The forms are also perfect for the website and editable in colors so that they fit in no matter what page I put them on. Would recommend using this for your newsletter and e-mail needs.
