By far the best marketing automation for the price
What do you like best? Can't believe how comprehensive the Automation is in AC. I've come from Aweber where I wasn't able to do anything like the complexity of workflows available in AC. The switch has totally opened my eyes to the potential for email marketing in my business. What do you dislike? Nothing that I've found so far. Best eMarketing Platform in the Category
ActiveCampaign puts a lot of time in ensuring that its customers are comfortable using the software. The software has been very easy to use and customer service is impeccable. Pricing is just perfect (actually really good for what you get. I can't recommend any other company in this space and category.

You run the risk of being overcharged like I was.
I spent an hour talking with the head of finance on chat and was very disappointed with the results and the way he dealt with my request. Other email providers calculate the numbers you have and adjust the charge accordingly. AC does not do this and does not make it clear. So you run the risk of being overcharged like I was.

The service is good but I would expect more features and progress in improvements for such money. Finally it is too expensive compare what possible to get for such money somewhere else. Thank you anyway.

The product just gets better and …
The product just gets better and better, and for us, a small boutique marketing company, it is the one tool we can offer our small business clients that incorporates automated email marketing as well as a functioning CRM. These are the two most important tools a small business can have in their toolbox giving them a real chance of future growth.

The best automation, but manual integration with other platforms
The best automation we have seen. Our automation engineer loves using ActiveCampaign's features. It is not as well adopted as MailChimp or aWeber and so integrating it with other platforms such as Wordpress requires manual work.

We need better customer service. your chats response times iffy The big issue is that your emails get sent to spam filter.
