Idiot-friendly with a side of impeccable service

What do you like best? It's easy to use and to learn. I was hesitant to make a switch because I didn't want to spend a lot of time on the learning curve, but it was super easy. And, when I had a question, it was easy to chat with a customer service person that not only walked me through but provided screen shots and video of how to do what I needed to. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Campaigns are easy and beautiful. Automations are the most extensive I've seen. Online help articles are plentiful and well written. I have used live chat multiple times, and each time it was excellent. Some older online reviews say this company's pages load slowly, so I contacted the company about that before even trying the free trial. What do you like best? Oh, gosh, so many things! It was easy to move my info from my previous CRM into ActiveCampaign, and I love how easy it is to segment by list, tags, and other info. I can add custom fields, then segment that way, and I can add any tags or info I need to remember info about my people. I also adore the automations! What do you like best? Active Campaign has all the components I needed in a CRM, without being overly complex and difficult to use, like some others I have previously used. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how it's so simple to use, and yet it's so powerful. I switched from AWeber, and prior to that was using Mailchimp.
