It has a greater offering in automation and abilities to get create more advanced user journey's than some of the other lower priced solutions plus some of the querying options are better. What do you like best? I like the how you can do pretty much anything you like with the Automation's. The only thing you are limited by is your imagination. I have set up a booking form on a clients website. This automatically puts the customers details into AC. What do you like best? Active Campaing despite it's possibilities, is very user friendly and easy to work with. I managed to teach many clients without any great IT knowledge to be able to create and send really good emails. Campaign editor is very robust, yet simple to understand.
