What do you like best? Ease of use, it's very intuitive to work with and much easier and has more capacitities than my previous email provider. Customer service is great. I'm a business and mindset coach and recommend active campaign to all of my clients, as it's easy to use and can grow with your business needs as you scale up. What do you like best? The marketing automation component can't be beaten for the cost. The way you visually build your email flows is very handy, along with multiple trigger options. Capable Marketing Automation for Small Business

What do you like best? I've used Pardot and Hubspot, and I think ActiveCampaign has the best automation builder. It has rich options to trigger and executive automations, and it's incredibly easy to use. What do you dislike? There is next to no reporting capabilities in the system. The CRM capabilities are extremely limited. If you have a complex sales process or use team based selling, you will want a more robust CRM. Simple to use, great customer service

What do you like best? Getting to try out ActiveCampaign for free during the trial gave me the confidence to signup for an account. I really appreciated having a representative set up a phone call with me to walk me through the platform and answer any questions I had. The customer service was excellent right from the beginning. ActiveCampaign has changed my business and given me back a life.

What do you like best? I like the campaigns and being able to personalize my clients and subscribers experiences based on the tags that ActiveCampaign allows me to add. I also love that using Zapier I can connect my calendar, my invoicing system, and more, to be able to add tags. This allows me to organize my lists and personalize my messages. What do you dislike?
