Offers awesome features

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can name two outstanding features: One is Tagging which makes it easy to segment your lists and transforms into you an effective marketer. Plus, you can count and pay a contact only once, even if they have a place on different lists. The second is the visual Campaign Creator feature which helps you to view your work flow. What aspects are problematic or could work better? My main grouse is the CRM feature is not available in ...

Fine for entry level - Lacks Features to be taken seriously

What do you like best? The email designer is very simple to use and it was easy to get up and running quickly. Our team had no difficulty getting used to the builder, and have found that most of the time it's much better than others we've used in the past. The support team is available quickly, we've had to interact with them a few times and there was never a major lag between ticket submission and a response. What do you dislike? The feature-set is a bit low compared to the ...

Loving Active Campaign

What do you like best? It's so much easier to use than MailChimp. Building automations is straightforward, it's easy to build segments and there's a lot of flexibility around adding tags and creating custom fields. Customer support is very good. I had a query over an automation and one of the team created a personalised video for me on how to solve it. What do you dislike? It can be a bit tricky to navigate and it's not always obvious how to do things. I do struggle a bit with the ...

Active Campaign vs Infusionsoft

What do you like best? ActiveCampaign: The ease of use, the customer support and the price cannot be beat! Infusionsoft: The day I cancelled my subscription! What do you dislike? ActiveCampaign: I am constantly impressed with their updates and how much they pay attention to what their customers want. The customer support is top notch. Infusionsoft: Complicated, clunky, the customer support is horrible and the software is way overpriced. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Superior email automation

What do you like best? There are many e-mail marketing services out there, but the reason I personally like ActiveCampaign best is their drag and drop automation campaign builder. It's fantastic and one of the easiest to use. Their deliverability is also strong. It is a service that a lot of marketers are switching to over competitors such as AWeber because they offer the feature set of a big player such as InfusionSoft, but for a fraction of the price. Right now their pricing is around ...

Best email marketing automation platform for micro and small enterprises

What do you like best? I enjoy a lot all the automation features, the contact page and the easy CRM. I think this is the best solution for everyone who's starting with email and marketing automation, and I've been using it and suggesting it to my audience and clients for over 2 years now. What do you dislike? It would be great to have more training and done-for-you automations for lead conversion. Also, some competitors are interesting because they integrate many other features (like ...

Who Else Wants an Email Software They Can Grow With?

What do you like best? I love ActiveCampaign's ease-of-use... and how I know the software will grow as my business grows. I'm just using it for the automation and email-sending capabilities, but plan to grow my list and begin using the CRM as my business grows. What do you dislike? Sometimes when I copy and paste into the email editor it adds extra spaces in between the lines... but it's an easy fix. Recommendations to others considering the product Easier than Confusionsoft and ...

Marketing Automation for human beings

What do you like best? The automation design UI is great and really easy to use. Yes, it has a little learning curve, but what great product doesn't? Once you are familiar with the interface and a couple of logics, you are good to go! What do you dislike? There are some features that are not as polished as one would desire, but I've seen the team respond fairly quickly to address any usability or feature upgrades, so that will give you some peace of mind! Recommendations to others ...
