It's good but lacks the ability to customize

What do you like best? The best part about AC is that it integrates with alot of vendors and has a easy user-interface. I like the ability to build automations from scratch or use their pre-built template. Also, they lack CRM capabilities so we have to use another CRM to manage our sales. What do you dislike? Their email builder is terrible. Crafting a well-designed email message takes alot of effort and doesn't work too well. Recommendations to others considering the product It's ...

Good but has its limitations

What do you like best? Automations are very easy to set up and implement. Designer is nice and easy to use - a lot more flexible than MailChimp's editor (assuming that the editor there on the free plan doesn't change for paid?. Deliverability appears to be good. Control of tagging/lists using different forms is useful. As the product seems to be fairly early on in the development stage, the team are good at gaining feedback on the product and taking on board suggestions. What do you ...

Great software for SMB's

What do you like best? It's easy to set up & when I wasn't sure the team were happy to help me out. I loved the ability to segment my lists so there was no confusion w the different campaigns I was running. What do you dislike? Setting up sales funnels could sometimes be a bit time consuming due to the amount of options. I had to get a bit of help with this to begin with but it's not hard to eventually grasp. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Love the reach of ActiveCampaign

What do you like best? Learning the ins and outs of ActiveCampaign was easy. It makes email automation easy which I thought was impossible. The visual aspect of marketing strategies makes planning new tactics fun and simple. The customer support is also amazing. While using ActiveCampaign, I have been able to save an ample amount of time and money since this is an all-in-one marketing software. I do not have to put in as much leg work as we did before which I love! The combination of ...

Really made our marketing process simple

What do you like best? We enjoyed how ActiveCampaign allowed us to have deep tracking and campaign creation for each of our separate projects and assignments so robustly. It was so easy and made our creative campaigns original. What do you dislike? Sometimes the setup of the website is a little hard or confusing to configure on the user side. I felt that there could be more of a guide to help with the on-boarding process. Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely ...
