The most convenient aspect about Active Campaign is that it has the capability to send out business information in bulk to a wide variety of categories at one time - providing the status of communication following the submissions. I also like how I can develop forms as I develop a relationship with a business owner and that they can receive a copy of transactions as we go through planning insurance policies. What do you like best? User-friendly product, TOP NOTCH SUPPORT, everything I could ever need is present in the platform's functionality. It has a quick learning curve, and having this tool gives me total control over building my customer journey, managing my customer relationships and turning leads into clients. Lots of Automation Features and Even a Built-in CRM

What do you like best? I like the fact that there is a CRM add on that you can work your sales pipeline. It's tightly integrated and I can easily move prospects in and out of different stages. What do you like best? As a much older user and very new to all of this (Grey Ninja.There seems to be a lot of thought put into how you can construct your campaigns. The simple drag and drop methodology works for me and lets me change hows are built very easily. I have a lot to learn and feel comfortable moving on. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Active Campaign makes creating automations easy and quick. It’s user friendly and easy to navigate (even for beginners. What do you dislike? I think that it could have a more aesthetically pleasing look to it and can be made a bit more concise and organized. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The easy of use to build a Automation platform around deal stages. What do you dislike? How multiple user accounts are handled.
