Has a lot of functionality but a lot of it is unrefined

What do you like best? Active campaign has a ton of features especially for email marketing and marketing automation. What do you dislike? The issue with this is that sometimes these features are unrefined and feel unfinished. Not all of the app is this way, but particularly with new updates, sometimes they are buggy.
