I wish there was more templates available for CSS form building. The ones offered, yes, are simple to use. However, It would be nice having advanced css forms- or a variety to choose from that are design specifc Recommendations to others ...

Marketing automation and beyond
What do you like best? The best part of AC is their automation capabilities and that you can use those across the board. Not only you can automate email campaigns but also lead scoring, combined with your preferred CRM (the AC CRM is pretty basic; handle email preferences for your clients and more. What do you dislike? I wish they had a better way of handling location. Currently they rely on IP (which is the way to go but you can't necessarily use that straight-forward and map it when ...

CRM system and email marketing
What do you like best? It is a fast software with an effective automation system, it is easy to perform marketing management tasks, as well as develop promotional campaigns, with the help of complete and useful tools, which make all the work easy. What do you dislike? The constant updates Active Campaign implements, improves the experience every day, however, I personally believe that the reports need better tools to deepen the detail and accuracy. Recommendations to others ...

A Modern and Intuitive Interface - I setup Everything Day 1
What do you like best? As a design agency we are invited into many small to medium marketing stacks for our publisher clients ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 list size. We understand why so many of our clients like a simple interface and UX provided in the Mailchimp class of solutions but when you look at AC and the ability to handle customizations of the process from form opt-in to campaign send and all the automations for the engagement of every list subscriber you absolutely want to be ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? Having switched from MailChimp to Active Campaign a year ago, I couldn't be more pleased. It's easy to use, I can set up as many sign up forms to the same list as I like for challenges, webinars etc as well as my freebies. It's super quick and easy to create campaigns and automations and the mind mapping of automations is a great feature. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, I use it in a fairly basic way to send campaigns to my list What problems are you ...

AC solved 100% of the issues I faced in my field of responsibilities
What do you like best? AC automation optimized our sales follow-ups and gave us time and space to create content. My favorite is the CRM - I never thought it could be so easy to set up a professional process. What do you dislike? Personally, I´m not a fan of too "automized" processes. I hope, we don´t make the mistake to underestimate the need for face2face interaction. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Structured follow-up processes. ...

Great price to get started and grows with your business needs
What do you like best? I like how visual the back office is. I can build out a work flow of emails so I can see exactly how many days to delay each email in a sequence, how many have gone through it and how many pending. The tagging is amazing. I use and teach about using quizzes as client attraction lead magnets and the tags allow me to have specific conversations and sell more of the right product or service to the right people What do you dislike? It has a steep learning curve and I ...

Who Else Wants an Email Software They Can Grow With?
What do you like best? I love ActiveCampaign's ease-of-use... and how I know the software will grow as my business grows. I'm just using it for the automation and email-sending capabilities, but plan to grow my list and begin using the CRM as my business grows. What do you dislike? Sometimes when I copy and paste into the email editor it adds extra spaces in between the lines... but it's an easy fix. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easier than Confusionsoft and ...

Blown Away By How Complete This Tool Is
What do you like best? Generally because of how AC constantly gathers insights from its customers, you can tell that the tool is designed by its users by how extensive and well thought out it is. If you’re a marketer who is interested in pure inbound marketing, I.e. adopts the reach, interact, convert, engage marketing framework, AC has tools to really help you handle the many little but important repetitive tasks required to maintain a healthy campaign, leaving you to worry only about ...

My definitive choice for eMail marketing and automation
What do you like best? Easy of use. Great API implementation and documentation. Endless possibility of integration. Great CRM features. Nevertheless the support is awesome. What do you dislike? There were some features that we missed in the first stage, but the ActiveCampaign team is alway working hard to develop the new requests. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have moved the entire Mail Marketing Automation to ActiveCampaign. The ...
