Good Software

What do you like best? It provides most entry stats. Easy to insert pictures, links etc into each email. I like being able to see each contacts tags and activity What do you dislike? Could be better at helping us understand each user - sometimes glitches - we've had issues with mass sends. Also, need to learn how to use tags What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? great for sending drips - it has served us its main purpose for now

Gets the job done

What do you like best? On the app side, I love the automations and the tagging. It's so helpful. I like having one single list that I can tag with attributes I create myself. On the support side, I like the Facebook group. There are a lot of really helpful members and someone can usually help you with what you need and relatively quickly. WOW! Excellent platform

What do you like best? Excellent platform. Not too difficult to use for the novice. What do you dislike? Since my business is new, I would be happier if the pricing were a little smaller. But overall a good value. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of integrating things like email marketing automation for webinars.

Great service and price

What do you like best? So many capabilities, the automation function is invaluable. What do you dislike? They have been having some issues with the latest update, but I am sure they will fix all the bugs soon. I am also not a fan of them marketing their premium plan features to me when I am not able to use them and the next tier up of their plan is not something in the companies near future. What do you like best? We've found the Active Campaign support to be great. They have provided excellent support during my migration from MailChimp. Lots of possibilities but complicated platform

What do you like best? You can do so much with Active Campaign. Once a person on your list receives a certain email, they can be removed from the list. Or have a tag added to their account.
