What do you like best? For the cost, it's hard to beat ActiveCampaign's features and functionality. As a small non-profit, we are able to run campaigns at a fraction of the cost of other platforms. What do you like best? As email developer, I work with lots of different CRMs, and email platforms and some of them have awful UI. What I like about Active Campaign is that is super user friendly, even if you don't have much experience. What do you like best? My experience with Active Campaign comes in two parts. Initially for 3+ years I've used the most basic set up and was ok with the limited feature set but the "lite" tools only cost $10/mo.
