The Marketing Automation feature is excellent!

What do you like best? The platform is simple to use and can automate all kinds of things. I use it for prospect follow up in my campaigns and as a mini CRM to manage any contacts acquired through my funnels. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use is one of the best functions of ActiveCampaign. It has easily allowed us to build a robust system to reach out to potential clients and to be able to transfer our learnings to our students at the same time. What do you like best? The price vs quality is perfect it grows with my business and my clients business so in the beginning i dont have to pay that much and when i grow i get to pay more. What do you like best? Ability to create dynamic automations and segment them across many "entry criteria" to track performance. Very easy to use. Automation builder is very intuitive and allows for some pretty complex automations. What do you dislike? Would prefer some more time-based attributions for the automations. Active Campaign is the answer to all your email marketing needs!

What do you like best? Active Campaign is user friendly, with so many tutorial videos and customer help available whenever needed. I love that Active Campaign has a dashboard showing you everything about your contacts on one screen; subscriptions, recent click throughs, and it shows you who still has yet to confirm their subscription so you can follow up with people if need be. What do you like best? I like that it is very intuitive, easy to navigate, easy to use, lots of great features to help make my business better. I was using Mailchimp, which had given me the ability to send my daily inspirational quote to my subscribers for 5 years. For that purpose, it was great. Active Campaign is second to none for funnel marketing

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to set up e-mail automations for my client's sales funnels. What do you dislike? The removal of the different form options with the lite package. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? E-mail automation. Mail Chimp was AWFUL for my clients when trying to automate nurturing campaigns.

What do you like best? It is intuitive, powerful and flexible. As a Software Engineer, I appreciate how much power they give to the end user to create nearly any type of automation you can dream of. What do you like best? ActiveCampaign is an intuitive solution. Especially the workflow in automations is very powerful. Even after 2 years I continue to discover new ways to automate condition based emails. What do you dislike? It took a while before I found the best way to schedule my emails. What do you like best? ActiveCampaign is a platform with excellent features and integration options. That has a great support, making this position one of the best tools for mail marketing.
