What do you like best? So many integrations and features as both an inbound demand gen email list along with lightweight CRM that's robust enough for enterprise sales. What do you dislike? Total game changer for the busy entrepreneur.

What do you like best? I've tried over 5 email marketing platforms over 5 years, including MailChimp, ConvertKit, GetResponse, and Aweber, and I can honestly say none of them even come close to ActiveCampaign. Wonderful experience with the software tool AND the support staff.

What do you like best? I have had an amazing experience using ActiveCampaign. Having moved from Hubspot - we found ActiveCampaign to be far less complex and yet offering the key components our agency needs to track campaigns for our customers. Amazing software, has gone from business to business with me

What do you like best? It's ease of use - you can get automations set up and going easily using the simple drag and drop. As you get more used to it then the sophistication is there to get as complex as you want, but it's always intuitive and logical. LOVE Active Campaign as a Marketing CRM (lacks ability to be a Complete CRM)

What do you like best? Ease of use, get started in minutes, strong on email automation and campaigns with ability to track contacts and deals in sales cycle. What do you dislike? Lack of custom reporting (unless you are using the Enterprise version. Lack of organization level tracking (meaning all record tracking is at user level, not organization level.
