We had high hopes for AC after moving…AC is a big disappointment and we do not recommend.

We had high hopes for AC after moving from Infusionsoft to them on many recommendations. I honestly wish we stayed on Mailchimp. It's not as sophisticated but what use is sophistication if the data is completely compromised with incorrect tags pulling in and missing contact data. On top of that, the support is so slow up to a week or two to get a response. Everything I need without the bloat

What do you like best? The marketing automation is impeccable. Easy to set up and execute, the ability to add notes so I don't have to use cryptic naming conventions. I love that there are so many built-in recipes I can just import and start using immediately. What do you like best? Active Campaign provided support that was thorough and they delivered on their promise. Our transition and migration was seamless and hassle free. We received phone calls and emails throughout the whole process to ensure that we were on track and happy with the migration. What do you like best? Active Campaign is a really intuitive system. You don't have to spend hours training and/or reviewing instructional videos in order to understand how to use it. As a former Infusionsoft customer, this is a big deal for me. What do you like best? Automations and visual presentation of the features and statistics. What do you dislike? The basic email is too basic - needs to take images. What do you like best? The platform is very robust. It is probably the perfect intersection of powerful features and user friendly interface. What do you dislike? Easy to handle and very good integration

What do you like best? When I started as a Newbie I found it pretty quick and easy to do the first Steps. And even to create my first automation just by trying it out.
