I am very happy with Active Campaign. It is very easy to use and very responsive to what I have needed from the program. I will definitely continue to be an Active Campaign user for a long time to come.

I've always found that with CRMs, the learning curve can be daunting, and since I don't have a complex sale with multiple parties chipping in in different stages, I didn't need all the functionality, I really needed a marketing automation tool. So far it has been great, The customer service and the chat is painfully slow. If you ask a question they will take forever to respond, But the software itself has been good. I just upgraded the plan so lets see how it works

If you take the time to learn how to use it it's great

The drawbacks of active campaign is that the onboarding is extensive and it takes time to learn how to do things "their way" (for context, previously used MailChimpThe upside is that once you know how it works it's pretty straight forward and you can easily build sophisticated funnels and automations. In my experience the reporting has been good and the support staff really helpful - contrary to what some of the older reviews state.

Best CRM app you could ask for

Before ActiveCampaign I searched for and used many CRM platforms, yet there was always something missing. Ever since I started using Active Campaign everything became easy: managing my subscribers, my campaigns, personalizing each email I send out, collecting the data on each campaign.
