Easy to Use and Learn

For Marketing Automation it is one of the better platforms out there. ActiveCampaign is easy to use and easy to learn. The automation templates are great too as there is a template to fit almost every business use case. They recently came out with a Salesforce integration allowing Salesforce users to automatically sync leads and contacts to ActiveCampaing and add them to automations. Best email automation program I've ever used

I've been using ActiveCampaign for a few years now and absolutely love it. It's easy to use, very intuitive. Having a place where all my contacts are, knowing when I've emailed them, being able to set up email sequences and one-off campaigns has made such a difference for my business.Being able to retarget customers with specific email sequences is so important in business today and ActiveCampaign makes doing this so easy.Great work guys.

Better than SalesForce for the non-techie users

Initially, I was training for SalesForce CRM. It takes so much time to learn one module. So we looked for alternatives that will cut or remove the learning curve and go straight to deployment. Great functionality for my small business

I am a small company and I'm not all that tech savvy. I learn what I must to get my goals accomplished. I had used two other mail systems, and was finally introduced to ActiveCampaign. I'm really glad I switched. I keep learning more things I can do with this system, and my communications and marketing is getting so much easier and automated. I'm very happy.
