Conversion optimization

What do you like best? The many ways I found to work with Active Campaing. I use it mostly to follow up on my clients. What do you dislike? 1) SMS integration is very limited. 2) Date fields could be more personalized (eg.: Not only numerical format (mm/dd/yyyy), but also Mon, Tue. Wed, etc. 3) Not being able to send attachemnts to the automated emails Recommendations to others considering the product: Dig in and get yourself confortable with the possibilities. Be ...

The best marketing suite for quality / price ratio, integrations and reliability

What do you like best? The tag system and the automations are surely the strong point that differentiate it from the competitors I have tried before. The product team always works on new features. This way my projects are always up to date. I really appreciate it. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular. Maybe sometimes I run into other systems that don't integrate directly and I have to go through Zapier. But in the end, I still reach my goal. Recommendations to others ...

Ideal for a small business that structures itself as a big business.

What do you like best? I run a marketing focus real estate company and the ability to create intricate custom automations freely is amazing. What do you dislike? It would be great if there was a built-in flowchart/ way to rough out automations and the various paths that could be taken. Like a visual sandbox for users to rough out automations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? lead capture, nurture, followup, organization, key ...

Great Product, Great Service, Great People!

What do you like best? I love the fact that I can quickly speak with someone inside the AC headquarters who is willing to help me find a solution to my problem. What do you dislike? I personally haven't seen a downside yet What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm creating better relationships with my customers. I'm sending them better content, personalized to their wants & needs.

Really thankful I switched from MailChimp...

What do you like best? The automation features are incredible and allow us to tag customers and identify where they are in the process, targeting them with the right emails and offers at just the right time. What do you dislike? The user interface is a bit clunky (if you backspace too far it will exit you out of whatever task you're doing and the drag-and-drop email builder could be much more user friendly). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Complex but thorough system with great customer support and onboarding

What do you like best? Onboarding is great. Tons of features that integrate well into your website and other media platforms. What do you dislike? It is a large platform. Many features get left unused or take time to integrate into regular use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great platform for small business. Seems to have enough features and ability to grow with you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Best features, amazing service

What do you like best? The robust features are perfect for our growing business - automation, segmentation, and best of all, integration with critical tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. What do you dislike? I dislike how the email From field shows it's sent from an AC email on behalf of our company, rather than from the company directly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The automation saves our sales team valuable time on ...

Very versatile CRM

What do you like best? The ability to connect via automation tools. Also, the automation builder is very intuitive and you are improving it constantly. What do you dislike? Reports are very limited. Not being able to start automation based on a change in tasks is a bummer. It would be very useful to be able to filter only on-time or behind-schedule tasks. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great product and customer support. If you need complete reports you'll ...

For non-enterprise companies, Active Campaign is just as good as the biggest enterprise solutions

What do you like best? I've worked on the agency side before, so I've seen a lot of our clients' CRMs, both big and small. When I switched to an internal marketing department position, I reviewed several CRMs, including Active Campaign since I had some experience with it. I like the automation tools the most since they are robust, but not overly complicated. We can do most of the automation we need, and we've integrated it into our monthly content development plans, so that no matter ...
