Great contact management and email automation tool
What do you like best? Automating our sales and marketing funnel is a great way to accomplish more with fewer people. What do you dislike? Took us a little while to learn it, but it wasn't hard, just a lot of features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ActiveCampaign has helped us manage leads, keep track of our sales pipeline, and automate much of our email marketing.

Happy User for 2+years
What do you like best? I'm a big fan of the layout. I oversee our sales department and I have less of a marketing lens. What I appreciate is the ability to segment accounts/leads. We use a mixture of "buckets" to classify accounts which makes sending segmented messages easier. What do you dislike? In order to build a campaign you need to segment a list first. Building the criteria for the list always seems simple but I can't tell you how many frustrating minutes were spent trying to ...

I'm really only using their CRM right now
What do you like best? I like how the CRM syncs with the automation of ActiveCampaign and allows me to have multiple pipelines. What do you dislike? I wish the CRM had LinkedIn messaging integration along with FB messenger. Wish it was faster when using the website. The gmail integration requires a refresh frequently which is inconvenient. CRM tracking doesn't work with Shift and also doesn't track when I use gmail on mobile, causing information loss. Recommendations to others ...

Just awful.
Just awful. No other way to put it. The chats hang up on you and the emailing system is unnecessarily challenging.

This isn't a fit for small companies…
This isn't a fit for small companies that don't have a programmer dedicated to the platform. We were sold on the power and flexibility, but it became a complete bottleneck to have to hire a programmer to set anything up or implement simple things. We've since switched over to a simpler and more integrated program for our Shopify store, and we couldn't be happier. To throw salt on the wound, we paid for a year upfront to save over the monthly payments, and they won't issue a partial refund ...

Offers a great email auto responder
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The most impressive feature is the dynamic responses which make it seem like I’m actually writing the email and it is based on a recent specific action of the receiver. This makes the email more effective and personalized. Only a few solutions offer this feature and most of them are less intuitive and more expensive compared to ActiveCampaign. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The software can add a built-in ...

Keep up the good work :)
I have been using ActiveCampaign for 2 years now for myself and for clients of mine. In this time i have get to know the software really good. I use it mainly for marketing automation and sometimes for simple email campaigns. It is easy to create automations and it works very well.I like the possibility to make mails have text and images depending on the tags of the contacts. And use it a lot.I would recommend ActiveCampaign if you are looking for a good price vs quality marketing ...
